Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaThe subject of the procurement are devices and software for downloading and analyzing driving and resting time data from digital tachographs and devices and software capable of reading and displaying data from the DSRC module of smart tachographs.
The goods procured must comply with the EU regulation 165/2014 and must support new smart tachographs and older digital tachographs.
The goods are to be used in police patrols for surveillance of heavy traffic around Finland.
The procurement is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1: devices and software for downloading and analyzing driving and resting time data
- Lot 2: DSRC remote checking system
The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in annex 1 and other procurement documents.

The estimated volumes are a non-binding estimate, the agreement does not include a purchase obligation.
Erien kuvaukset
Erä 1
The purchasing entity will procure the following devices:
- reader used to extract data from tachograph
- reader used to read data from driver card
- data transfer cables
Software and devices must fulfill the requirements set out in chapter 3 of Annex 1.
The software for 75 patrol cars and needed peripherals (card reader and stick module or a combo unit of both).
The lot is described in detail in annex 1.
Erä 2
The purchasing entity will procure the following devices:
- DSRC remote checking system
Software and devices must fulfill the requirements set out in chapter 4 of annex 1.
The software for 25 patrol cars and needed peripherals.
