It will consist of a custom-made cuvette and an inlet vacuum system combined with a mass spectrometer.
MIMS will be used for monitoring simultaneously real-time gas-exchange in aqueous solutions for different isotopes (Ar, N2, O2 and CO2).

The Molecular Plant Biology lab, Department of Life Technologies, University of Turku has an intend to purchase an isotope ratio mass spectrometer to setup a membrane-inlet mass spectrometer (MIMS). It will consist of a custom-made cuvette and an inlet vacuum system combined with a mass spectrometer.
MIMS will be used for monitoring simultaneously real-time gas-exchange in aqueous solutions for different isotopes (Ar, N2, O2 and CO2).
The purchase consists of a mass spectrometer as specified in this Invitation for tender. The offer must include a fully operational system that meets all the requirements listed in this invitation to tender and its appendices. The offer must contain a calculated total price for all the items specified in the requirements.
