VTT is looking for a Vacuum Evaporator System for printed and flexible electronics research for deposition of thin-films e.g. for thin-film transistors, sensors, electrodes and coatings. We are looking for a vacuum evaporation system i) to replace our old resistive evaporator system, ii) to offer compatibility and uniformity with larger substrates and iii) to enable evaporation of high melting point materials (e-beam evaporation).
