Coordinationservices for the Business Finland funded co-innovation SUSBINCO (Sustainable Binders and Coatings) project.

The Tenderer is requested to submit a tender for coordination services for the Business Finland funded co-innovation SUSBINCO (Sustainable Binders and Coatings) project in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The project coordinator oversees the projects implementation and planning, communicates internally and externally and represent the consortium towards Business Finland. The terms for this procurement are more specified in this invitation to tender. A separate Procurement Agreement will be done with each participating partner.

The coordinators tasks include the following: Represent the consortium towards Business Finland (3 times/year) Planning of communications and implementation which include: • Preparation of the communication plan • Implementation of the agreed comms actions including project presentation and creation and use of Social Media channels Organize meetings and events, which include: • Project meetings • 4 steering board meetings, planning, participation, work after the meeting. At least 1 onsite in 2022 and others by teams depending on the budget • 1 Annual seminar (teams) • 1 Final seminar Put together final reports (electronically) • Planning and coordination of the content, lay-out, language correction, graphics One short public and one more specified to the consortium Options: • Facilitate a portal for outside communication (webpages) • Organize 12 WP leaders’ meetings, planning, participation, work after the meeting. SUSBINCO is a two year Business Finland funded project which started in September 2021 and will end on the 30th of November 2023 or with a possible extension 6 months later. The total budget for the SUSBINCO project is about 10 Million euros.
