Ilmoituksen teksti
Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaThe Finnish Border Guard (later FBG) is planning to procure multirole aircraft to replace two Dornier 228-212 surveillance aircraft that have been in service since 1995. The planned life span of the new aircraft is at least 30 years.
The FBG program implementing the replacement of the Dornier aircraft is named the MVX program.
We kindly ask the respondents to state the extent to which the products that you represent or manufacture meet the requirements outlined in Annexes 1 - 3 and provide answers to the questions in the annexes.
FBG is conducting a targeted market consultation with this Targeted Request for Information (TRFI). The TRFI is not a contract notice or a Request for Quotation initiating a procurement process.
Respondents are asked to pay attention when providing answers because the FBG may select the candidates to the procurement procedure based on their answers to this TRFI.
This TRFI should not be construed as an obligation on the part of the FBG to implement any procurement, and the decision on initiating a potential procurement process is made after the market consultation.
The FBG plans, in the event of the possible procurement, to sign a contract with one prime contractor solely responsible for the program project as a whole. This TRFI is targeted solely to companies or consortiums willing and capable of acting as prime contractor.
The FBG has been granted a tentative budget of 163 MEUR for the procurement. The final contents of the procurement will be defined during the negotiated procedure. This may include elements such as training, spare parts, integrated logistic support, maintenance service plans etc.
