The call for tenders "Procurement of array slides, reagents, consumables, and software in the array-CGH process for constitutional and cancer diagnostics" was published on 5 April 2020. The procurement was divided into four parts, and contracts on the procurement were concluded with two selected suppliers (contract award notice published on 29 October 2020).
The contract period is two (2) years, after which the contract remains valid until further notice.
Following the tender, it has been established that the array product selection is to be extended to exome-wide studies as well as to studies targeting neuromuscular diseases and, as a result, three products will be added to the contract concluded between the HUS Diagnostic Center and Oxford Gene Technology.
