Rails for track laying 2022 (part 2)

Rails according to EN 13674-1:2011 + A1:2017 standard or equivalent. Estimated quantity 5000 tonnes (delivery in August 2022 and September 2022).

All documents must be in English or in Finnish. If the candidate is a group of candidates (for example a consortium), all documents are required from each candidate (for example each member of consortium) separately. Candidate must be registered in a country which is party to the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of WTO. If the candidate is not a rail manufacturer, then also rail manufacturer must be registered in a country which is party to the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of WTO. Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency reserves the right to divide the procurement. Accelerated open procedure ("nopeutettu avoin menettely"). Need for additional rails after procurement of Rails for track laying 2022 (VÄYLÄ/4835/02.01.13/2021). Accelerated procedure ("nopeutettu avoin menettely") because of lead times and to ensure delivery in time.
