The subject -matter of this procurement is divided into two separate sub-areas (sections):
1) Boxes for long-term storage of object collections
2) Boxes, envelopes and enclosures for long-term storage of photographic materials
Erien kuvaukset
Erä 1
The procurement consists of artefact boxes of museum quality in different sizes. The Collections and Conservation Center’s total annual procurement quantity is approximately 60 780 boxes. However, procurement quantities specified in this call for tenders are non-binding estimates, and the procurement contract shall in no way constitute a purchase quantity obligation for the Procurement unit.

The procurement consists of museum boxes, envelopes and enclosures for long-term storage of photographic materials.
The Picture Collections’ total annual procurement quantity is approximately 2550 boxes and 60 600 envelopes and enclosures. However, procurement quantities specified in this call for tenders are non-binding estimates, and the procurement contract shall in no way constitute a purchase quantity obligation for the Procurement unit.
