Global Accommodation Services 2023-2024 (2026)

Hansel Oy has started preparations for tendering Global Accomodation Services for Hansel Oy's customers. The subject-matter of this procurement is to arrange accommodation services at least in Brussels (preliminary divided into six different tender lots), Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. Other European cities might be added to the procurement. The goal is that the contract period will be two (2) years and the contract will include the possibility to extend the contract period by altogether two (2) years (one (1) year at a time).

The information provided in this notice is preliminary and is subject to change during preparation. The information provided in this notice does not bind Hansel Oy in any way. MARKET DIALOGUE The intention of Hansel Oy is to send draft versions of the invitation to tender and its annexes to interested tenderers in April 2022. Interested tenderers are given the opportunity to comment on the draft material in writing. Compensation is not paid for attending the market dialogue.
