Erän kuvaus
The Cell and Tissue Imaging Unit of UEF Institute of Biomedicine is calling for offers for a full time-correlated single-photon counting quantitative imaging system. The system will record the emission time of each individual photon, and will be compatible with Number & Brightness (N&B), Raster Image Correlation Spectroscopy (RICS), FCS, FCCS, Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging FLIM and associated techniques (e.g. FRET-FLIM), and include the requirements listed below.
