Sustainable Growth Programme for Finland (RRP) - Design Evaluation

Finland’s Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) is called as the Sustainable Growth Programme for Finland. The Design Evaluation of the RRP covers execution of a study described in the Procurement description. The focus is to produce a design evaluation of Business Finland’s success in achieving the objectives associated with Sustainable Growth Programme for Finland (RRP). The goal of the Sustainable Growth Programme is to boost competitiveness, investment, research, development and innovation, and efforts to raise skill levels. Funding for the Sustainable Growth Programme for Finland will be from the EU’s one-off recovery instrument (Next Generation EU). The scope of this procurement is described more in detail in the procurement documents, especially annex 1.

This procurement has a maximum total amount (VAT 0 %) for the Service. The total amount shall not exceed 70 000,00 EUR. Tenders that exceed this maximum total amount shall be excluded. The tenderer submits its offered price in its tender, and this becomes the fixed price of the contract. The tendered price will, however, not affect the comparison of tenders

The following corrections have been made to the Call for Tenders: - The RRP Appendix 5 Table of Skills has been corrected. All changes to the original are marked blue. Tenderers are asked to use the corrected Appendix 5. - The information regarding the evaluation criteria in the Call for Tenders has been corrected. The quality comparison criteria in the Call for Tenders now corresponds to the quality comparison criteria in the Appendix 5 Table of Skills. For more information see the "Questions and Answers".
