Openaid data portal

The subject of this request for information and possible subsequent tender concern the maintenance and development of Ministry for Foreign Affairs public website (openaid.fi) for the presentation of Finnish development cooperation statistics and data. Maintenance and development services include application maintenance (e.g. code repairing and update installations) and server maintenance. Openaid.fi is an open source service. The statistics data used on the website is from IATI registry and in IATI standard. This is not an invitation to tender. This request for information is a call for dialogue regarding the possible procurement. Ministery of foreign Affairs of Finland is interested to identify companies that have the ability and desire to provide the services described. With this request for information we call operators interested in this procurement to participate in a market survey. Participating in this dialogue does not bind you in any way.
