Mobile Plant Phenotyping Platform

With this market consultation / prior information notice Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) surveys the market and requests information from suppliers concerning the procurement of the new mobile plant phenotyping platform for Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke). The aim is to purchase the imaging equipment for monitoring and studying plant physiology, including the following elements: (A) chlorophyll fluorescence imaging unit; (B) thermal (infrared) imaging unit; (C) RGB imaging unit; (D) imaging hardware and software and (E) mobile mounting frame for the above-listed imaging devices. Procurement is divided into two lots: 1. Plant phenotyping platform (A-D) 2. Mobile mounting frame (E) This market consultation is carried out so the tendering of the plant phenotyping platform can be carried out in an appropriate manner. This is not a procurement notice or tender, but a detailed market consultation which is not binding on the parties. All answers will be treated as confidential. The actual call for tenders will be published later in Hanki - service portal. Market consultation is carried out with the inquiry with the specified questions attached in this notice. The suppliers are invited to answer by 4.3.2022 at 12.00 (EET) by sending answers by e-mail: hankintatuki@luke.fi and copy to kirjaamo@luke.fi For not responding to the market consultation shall not prevent the supplier from participating in the actual call for tenders and responding to the market consultation does not affect the supplier's position in the actual call for tenders.
