The strategy of Business Finland was updated in year 2020. In this process, sustainable development was selected as one of the three main strategic objectives for BF. The two other strategic objectives are identical to the former strategy: economic growth and competitiveness. The main objective of this evaluation is to assess the prerequisites of BF in supporting Finland to become a superpower in sustainable development. In addition, the evaluation includes consultative elements regarding impact model development, prioritizing and KPI development, together with BF.
The scope of this procurement is described more in detail in the procurement documents, especially annex 1.

Business Finland Oy (« BF ») is procuring a study « Finland - A Superpower in Sustainable Development ».
