The object of the procurement comprises two (2) extracorporeal pulsating cold perfusion pumps for kidney transplants. The procurement also includes device-related consumables and an option for a maintenance contract. The object of the procurement comprises two (2) extracorporeal pulsating cold perfusion pumps for kidney transplants. The kidney perfusion pumps are transportable equipment that are used for storing and transporting the kidneys removed from a dead organ donor during the time between removal and transplantation. The equipment shall be portable and fit in the trunk of a car and in an aircraft where necessary so that the kidneys can already be installed in the pump at the removal hospital. The equipment shall be capable of perfusing kidneys that contain multiple (2 or more) arteries. The kidney shall remain cold for at least 24 h in the event of a pump failure. The procurement also includes device-specific consumables related to the equipment. A separate open-ended procurement contract will be concluded for the device-specific consumables. A maintenance contract can be concluded for the equipment after the warranty period.
