Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine for stem cell transplant recipients 2022-2024 (2024-2025, 2025-2026)

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer” ) request your tender for Pneumococcal conjugate Vaccine for stem cell transplant recipients belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The contract period is about two years 2022-2024. The procurement contains two options to extend the contract for the periods 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. Estimated quantity for the contract period including option is 5000 doses. Customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered numbers of doses by up to 20%. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition. The purpose of STM and the Customer is to procure Pneumococcal conjugate Vaccine for stem cell transplant recipients required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The tendered vaccine must be suitable for both children and adults. The roles of STM and Customer are described in more detail in section "Presentation of the contracting authority". The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. CONTRACT PERIOD The duration of the contract is about two years. Estimated quantity for the contract period is 2500 doses. The customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered numbers of doses by up to 20%. The Contract period shall enter into force once the contract has been signed, and expire when all contractual duties have been performed. After the contract period, the Customer reserves the right for the option described in section "Description of renewals".
