CALL FOR PARTICIPATION - International Company Information Solution & Database (ICI Solution & Database)

THIS IS A CALL FOR PARTICIPATION The contracting entity has previously published an EU prior information notice on 1.11.2021 for the procurement of International Company Information Solution & Database (henceforth "ICI Solution & Database" or "Service"). The contracting entity (henceforth "Finnish Tax Administration" or "Contracting entity") requests all candidates willing to participate into the forthcoming tender competition to deliver their requests to participate. Estimated total contract price given at section II.1.5 is calculated for 4 years.

Scope of the tender is an online service available via internet, which shall include a set of tools for analyzing the data and a database; consisting of world-wide data of enterprises' international business information. The database must include financial and ownership data of at least 100 000 000 enterprises and detailed financial and ownership data of at least 10 000 000 enterprises on selected continents. The ICI Solution & Database must be accessible via a common web browser (Edge and Chrome). The scope, content and requirements of the procurement are more detailed in the appendices.
