Suorahankinnan perustelut
Only a certain supplier can implement the procurement for a technical reason and there are no reasonable alternatives or substitute solutions, and that the absence of competition is not due to an artificial narrowing of the terms and conditions of the procurement.
- The only device at the market which can perform simultaneous carbon and nitrogen isotope ratio analysis of aqueous samples is Isoprime Stable Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer combined with combustion-based TOC/TNb analyser of Elemental.
- Device must perform well on peatland water samples without extra time spend with sample preparations and use autosampler. Elementar IRMS with TOC/TNb analyser can be used for aqueous samples with high organic matter concentration without filtering and has an autosampler.
