Purchaser intends to sign the necessary number of framework agreements with suppliers who have the capacity and competence to deliver conduit material as defined by the Purchaser. The ambition is to create a portfolio of agreements to cover our needs in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Poland and Norway. It is up to the supplier to decide whether their proposal will be valid for one or several countries.

Erä 1
The object relates to a framework agreement with Purchaser for purchase of conduit material installed underground, indoors and in tunnels for Purchaser’s distribution of district heating and district cooling.
The framework agreement will cover:
A. Deliveries of the yearly need of standard products to each specific region. Separate offering based on the estimated annual need will result in one to three suppliers per region. Contractors working for the Purchaser should also be able, but not obliged, to use the frame agreements.
B. Option: Larger projects where mini tendering between the framework agreement suppliers will take place.
