Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaVTT is looking for a fully automated mask aligner used to UV expose photoresist coated wafers in order to transfer the mask image 1:1 onto the photoresist. The mask aligner must be able to process wafers of 8-inch diameter SEMI standard of various thicknesses and transparency.

Muutoksen kuvaus
VTT has made corrections and specifications in accordance with VTT's answers given to the additional information questions, to the following sections:
- Annex 1, sections 2.2, 2.4 and 2.5.
- Section Procurement object criteria, General criteria/information, "Options" and "Operational dimensions of the equipment".
- The deadline for additional information questions has been continued to 4.10.2021 15:00 (Finnish time). VTT shall strive to reply to all queries by 8.10.2021.
- The time period for submitting the tenders has been extended in accordance with section VII.1.2).
