Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaThe object of the tender process is “Probe station for low current measurement with a dark-box” (later also “Equipment”). The probe station’s primary use is room temperature semi-automated DC- and RF-characterisation (1 – 20 GHz) of electrical components, that can be light sensitive, on single dies (5 mm x 5 mm), 150 mm wafers or 200 mm wafers. The probe station is mainly used for low-frequency semiconductor analysis. The equipment will be located in a standard laboratory environment (non-cleanroom).
