Electronic Signature Service

The object of the procurement is an electronic signature service as software as a service (eSignature solution, electronic signature service). The solution is a ready software that will be adapted to VTT without larger customizations. The procurement is a total service procurement, and it will cover the service, solution, implementation including user training, technical support, all version updates and releases including error fixes, as well as servers and their maintenance and updates. All these are included to the price. All solution related updates and fixes are done by the supplier without any workload for VTT and without undue delay. VTT is looking for an eIDAS compliant service for electronic signatures. The signing needs at VTT are ranging from a simple click-to-sign to advanced electronic signatures. Documents to be signed will include for example internal decisions and documents, commercial contracts and employment contracts.
