Workplace from Facebook licenses

City of Riihimäki is using Workplace from Facebook and asks tenderers to give an offer for these licenses. Estimated amount for licenses is about 1500-1600 licenses. The amount of users and therefore the amount of licenses can change during contract period. The comparison for the tender will be done by the overall economic affordability with a weight of the price being 100%. The comparison based on price is possible due to the minimum requirements for objects of procurement. The contract period will be four (4) years.

City of Riihimäki is using Workplace and needs workplace advanced licenses for the next four (4) years. Workplace is an online platform created by Facebook that allows users to collaborate and share information at work. The Workplace platform includes the Workplace Essential, Advanced and Enterprise websites, apps and related online services. City of Riihimäki is calling for tenders for these licenses. Estimated amount of personnel using the licenses is about 1500-1600. The amount of users can change during this 4 years of time. The grounds for comparison is based on the logic of economically most advantageous tender, in which scoring emphasizes price 100%. The comparison based on price is possible due to the minimum requirements for objects of procurement. The contract period will be four (4) years and there is possibility to extend the contract period with one (1) additional year. If there are more than one winning tender (tenders have exact same price / score) the winning tender will be drawn. Lottery / drawing is an accepted practice by case law.

No changes have been made to the information in the original notification (except the extension to time limit for receipt of tenders and date of opening the tenders). The originally published call for tenders was missing the annex contract_draft. As a correction the annex contract_draft has been attached to the invitation to tender.
