Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaLaurea University of Applied Sciences is purchasing a learning platform as SaaS. The procurement includes a software service deployment project and providing support and maintenance services throughout the agreement period, as described in this Call for Tender and its annexes. The learning platform must be suitable for students in higher education institutions.

Please see Annex 1 "Description of the procurement" for a more detailed description. Requirements for the system are described in the Annex 2 "Requirements".

This contract is not divided into parts, as the contract in question constructs an appropriate whole.
Muutoksen kuvaus
Based on the questions received, the contracting entity has amended to annexes as follows:
- Annex 2 Requirements AMENDED, the graded requirement TE16 "Compiling individual person’s data (student)" has been removed. See the red text with strikethrough.
- Annex 3 Procurement Agreement AMENDED, see the red text with yellow highlights (sections 14.11, 14.13 and 15.1).
The questions have been answered via the Hanki eTendering tool in the Questions and Answers tab.
