Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaBusiness Finland is looking for supporting software for horizon scanning and foresight process. Foresight support tool will be an integral part of Business Finland continuous and collaborative foresight process and strategy.
The offered solution should include a software platform (as a service), where signals can be collected, clustered and analyzed. Signals are created by Business Finland personnel and by stakeholders /customers, derived also from databases and other foresight resources. The default language of the system is English and the technical support and implementation training for Business Finland must be in English.
