The data concerning the service (including the unique identifiers of the samples) shall be located in the area of European Union or the states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).

The Act on Public Defence and Security Procurements (1531/2011, hereinafter Act) is applied to this procurement. This Act applies even if the Invitation to Participate contains references to the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016).
