Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaTampere University Foundation sr (Tampere University, TAU) is about to execute a direct procurement of a NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler. The GeoMX is a digital spatial profiler (DGP) that allows combination of high-plex molecular profiling (RNA or protein) from slide-mounted FFPE and fresh frozen tissue sections and keeping spatial information. The device is unique and there is no comparable technology on the market.
Erän kuvaus
The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler is an equipment designed to perform spatially resolved high throughput and high-plex analysis of transcriptome (up to genome wide) or protein expression (up to 96-plex) at cellular or multi-cellular resolution and from large tissue sections, including fresh frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE). It allows to perform measurements on individual proteins and RNA molecules for morphological visualization with immunofluorescence of the same tissue sample before the high-plex profiling is performed.
