COMPONENT OVERHAUL SERVICES
Overhaul for Bell 412EP and AgustaBell 412EP components with applicable accessories.
During the term of Agreement, the Seller shall undertake at its facilities; Component storage, maintenance and modification services on the Buyer's Components, and Maintenance Services that may be agreed upon with the Buyer in future Orders.
MATERIAL SUPPLY SERVICES
During the term of Agreement, the Buyer shall undertake to purchase the type specific parts from the Seller.
COMPONENT REPAIR SERVICES
During the term of Agreement, the Seller shall undertake at its facilities; Component storage and repair services on the Buyer's Components, and Maintenance Services that may be agreed upon with the Buyer in future Orders.
