2 pieces of 123 kV arc-suppression reactors and 2 pieces of 123 kV high voltage resistors

Two (2) pieces of 123 kV arc-suppression reactors and two (2) pieces of 123 kV high voltage resistors. As an option one (1) piece of 123 kV arc-suppression reactor and one (1) piece of 123 kV high voltage resistor.

Fingrid Oyj, the Finnish national transmission system operator, is initiating a procurement process for 123 kV arc-suppression reactors and high voltage resistors with the intended deliveries during year 2022 for existing substation in Meltaus and new substation in Kellarijänkä in northern paert of Finland. With this prequalification (short PQ) Fingrid is looking for capable and interested suppliers of above mentioned 123 kV equipment. In our operating model, the network of service and goods suppliers and good co-operation with suppliers are especially important. We require our contractual partners who supply us with services or goods to be aware of Fingrid’s significant social duty and to commit to responsibility for the economic, social and environmental effects of their operations. Delivery consists of two (2) pieces of 123 kV arc-suppression reactors and two (2) pieces of 123 kV high voltage resistors and as an option one (1) piece of 123 kV arc-suppression reactor and one (1) piece of 123 kV high voltage resistor. Arc-suppression reactors and high voltage resistors erection will be performed as turnkey deliveries. The arc-suppression reactors and high voltage resistors deliveries will be separate from the substation construction projects performed by other contractors. However, there is a need to coordinate the delivery of arc-suppression reactors and high voltage resistors with the construction work at site. DELIVERY Delivery of 123 kV arc-suppression reactor and HV resistor including: - Manufacturing of 123 kV arc-suppression reactor and HV resistor with fittings and accessories, - Testings, - Sea transportations to Finland, - Loading on the road truck and transport to the site. The Supplier may choose the means and route of transportation. - Unloading on the foundation, erection, testing and commissioning at site. - All organizational work needed for logistics: arrangement of transportation from factories to site, customs clearance and forwarding Preliminary arc-suppression reactors and high voltage resistors specification is attached to this prequalification (see attachment preliminary S223XXE1, SPECIFICATION FOR 123 KV ARC-SUPPRESSION REACTOR AND HIGH VOLTAGE RESISTOR).
