Fortum’s planning to refresh network devices for all countries Fortum operates in. The device refresh is planned to be conducted over several year time period. The most important countries are currently Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Baltic countries. There are also about 15 other countries where devices are also needed, including Russia. Additionally, Fortum is looking forward to cost efficient network equipment device pricing and device specifications strictly meeting all technical requirements, including for device modules, and capability quickly respond to Fortum new device requirements due to e.g. business mergers and acquisitions and other constantly changing business needs.

National exclusion grounds: I. II. Extortionate work discrimination ( The Criminal Code of Finland 39/1889 Chapter 47, Section 3a )Has the tenderer, or a representative thereof, been sentenced for extortionate work discrimination in accordance with Chapter 47, Section 3a of the Criminal Code? III. Work discrimination ( The Criminal Code of Finland 39/1889 Chapter 47, Section 3 ) Has the tenderer, or a representative thereof, been sentenced for work discrimination in accordance with Chapter 47, Section 3 of the Criminal Code? IV. Work safety offence ( The Criminal Code of Finland 39/1889 Chapter 47, Section 1 ) Has the tenderer, or a representative thereof, been sentenced for work safety offence in accordance with Chapter 47, Section 1of the Criminal Code? V. Work Hours Offence ( The Criminal Code of Finland 39/1889 Chapter 47, Section 2 ) Has the tenderer, or a representative thereof, been sentenced for working hours offence in accordance with Chapter 47, Section 2 of the Criminal Code?

This RFP shall not create (a) any exclusive rights for Supplier; or (b) any obligation on Purchaser to place or accept Purchase Orders.
