Request for Information (Market Consultation): PR Agency Services in Sweden

Business Finland is the Finnish innovation funding, trade, investment, and travel promotion organisation, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with 40 offices around the world. Visit Finland is part of Business Finland and funded by the government. Visit Finland promotes Finland globally as a travel destination and supports the travel industry in developing and marketing travel services for international markets. Visit Finland cooperates with travel destination regions, businesses in the travel industry and other export promoters and embassies. With this request for information (market consultation) Business Finland is seeking information on service providers interested in delivering PR Agency Services for Visit Finland in Sweden. Therefore specialized companies/entities are encouraged to express their interest and to give us a better understanding on PR Agency Services in Sweden.

Business Finland Oy has needs for dynamic Public Relations (PR) Agency Services for Visit Finland in Sweden. As food, design, lifestyle is an essential part of travel, we cooperate with these industries at Business Finland and have joint PR needs. Successful PR service would include (tentative): 1. Securing best PR coverage primarily for Visit Finland by planning PR strategies, networking and promotional activities. 2. Coordination and local support in PR activities primarily for Visit Finland according to local requirements. Local PR activities would be executed in cooperation with the rest of Business Finland. As local expertise is essential, finding a local service provider (PR agency) as a supplier would be optimal from Business Finland's point of view. Please note! Business Finland will not pay any expenses related to this Prior Information Notice. This Prior Information Notice (Request for Information) does not bind Business Finland to make any procurement based on this request. Participation to this RFI does not in any way bind any party in a potential future Call for Tenders. Service providers who refrain from participating in this RFI are equally allowed to participate to the potential future Call for Tenders.
