The object of the tender process is 2-port 40 GHz network analyzer. The VNA will be used for the characterization of both passive and active electronic components, with future plans to extend usage to optoelectronic measurements — for example, evaluating S-parameters of optical modulators and photodiodes (e.g., S21 gain/response).
