Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaUniversity of Jyväskylä is going to acquire a 40 GHz source with I/Q modulation (vector source). The device can be new or factory refurbished with at least 12 months warranty.
Contracting authority (JYU) may suspend the procurement procedure if the tenders exceed the budget available for the procurement.
Prior references of supplying comparable systems are required.

The procurement is partly funded by Business Finland that must in accordance with the RRF Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility), collect certain information about the supplier of the services or goods (contractor) related to the project of the contracting entity and its possible subcontractors.
