Ilmoituksen teksti
Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaNatural Resources Institute Finland (hereafter referred to as "Luke") requests your tender for an Anaerobic Workstation with this Call for Tenders and its annexes. The anaerobic workstation is planned to be purchased in Spring/Summer of 2025 and it will be used for research purposes in a laboratory environment in Oulu, Finland.
The prospective equipment to be purchased is intended to be used to process, culture, and examine anaerobic microorganisms and anaerobic processes. As many of Luke's studies focus on microorganisms originating from cold-climate habitats such as the Arctic, the cabinet must have a cooling (10°C below ambient) as well as a heating possibility. The cabinet/cabinets should be large enough to accommodate the necessary equipment (e.g. small plate reader, quartz sterilizer, vortex), as well as the possibilities to incubate plates inside the cabinet on shelves. The cabinet needs to have two working places either in one cabinet or preferably two separately controlled cabinets. The cabinet airlock should fit 1 litre bottles and be automated in use.
The procurement also includes maintenance and repair services for the purchased equipment and other services related to the delivery and use of the equipment.
Option 1: This procurement includes an option for Luke to purchase 6 culture racks / petri dish holders
Option 2: This procurement includes an option for Luke to purchase 1 motorised height adjustable trolley
The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in procurement object criteria and other procurement documents.
The supply purchase contract will be made with one supplier.

Lisätiedot
The Natural Resources Institute Finland uses the Finnish government's common electronic order and invoice processing system,
the Handi service. Purchases are allocated through the system to valid contracts and ordered through the electronic system.
The Natural Resources Institute Finland only approves, processes and archives invoices in electronic form that are compliant with
the European Standard. Invoices are requested to be sent as an electronic invoice through Posti Messaging Oy, which acts
as the Finnish government's e-invoice operator. We will return the received paper invoices to the biller.
We require that the invoice include an order number or contract number so that our invoice processing system can automatically
assign an invoice to the associated order.
