Agency service of non-nordic printed literature

The object of the acquisition is the agency service of non-nordic printed literature as order and delivery process to the delivery addresses determined by the customer (University of Jyväskylä, JYU).

The object of the acquisition is the agency service of non-nordic printed literature as order and delivery process to the delivery addresses determined by the customer (University of Jyväskylä, JYU). The agency service contains the orders made by the customer via the supplier’s electronic ordering system and the products delivered to the delivery addresses. The contract period is at maximum four (4) years: 2 years +1+1 (option years) The value is an estimate, and the agreement does not constitute a purchase obligation for the buyer. The volume of non-nordic printed books ordered for the JYU may vary annually. JYU reserves the right to order books directly from publishers or through other vendors.

The contract term is scheduled to start as soon as possible, presumably the 1st of April 2025. Ordering of books based on this contract will start on 1st of May at latest. In addition the contracting authority reserves right to terminate the contract with three (3) months written notice.
