BACKGROUND INFO AND CONCLUSION FOR DIRECT AWARD
Call for tender and contract notice was issued 13.6.2024 (13th of June 2024) for tendering in open procedure manner.
Contracting authority did not receive tenders matching the criteria of the call. The decision for cancellation was made 19.7.2024 (19th of July 2024).
According to the section 40 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016) contracting entity may opt for direct procurement if no tenders were received after issuing notice for open procedure tendering.
Prerequisite is that the object and conditions of the call for tender / notice are not substantially changed (in comparison to the preceding tendering phase).
