Technical assistance to support on Communication and Dissemination activities on SUSA Project

The University of Oulu is responsible for coordinat-ing the Sustainable Healthcare with Digital Health Data Competence project (hereinafter SUSA). This is an EU funded project under the DIGITALEUROPE programme. SUSA spearheads a comprehensive educational transformation within the European healthcare sector; uniting a consortium of 12 HEIs, six SMEs, a hospital, a research center, and two net-working organizations. This pan-European endeavor will push forward with 20 bachelor’s and 26 master’s programs with 16 self-standing modules for lifelong learning. Agile to its core, SUSA is strategically designed to produce 6558 graduates and 660 working professionals proficient in digital health data competencies. This request for tender is published to support in the implementation of specific tasks under the SUSA project. Technical assistance to support on Communication and Dissemination activities are required. The University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (hereinafter the Orderer ) is therefore seeking requests for tender from applicants to support in the delivery of specific tasks under the SUSA project’s Communication and Dissemination Work Package. Value of the procurement: 65 000 - 80 000 € (VAT 0 %) Contract period: The estimated implementation period for the procurement is from March 2025 to August 2027. The SUSA project funding is for the period from January 2025 to December 2028. If the project implementation period is extended, the contract for this procurement will also be extended. An amendment to the contract will be made if necessary. The contracting authority reserves the right to make additional procurements throughout the entire duration of the SUSA project.
