Molecular diagnostic assay for rapid detection of common aneuploidies

The aim of the procurement is to obtain a kit necessary for molecular diagnostic assay for rapid detection of common aneuploidies. HUSLAB Genetics Laboratory performs approximately 600-650 tests annually for the diagnosis of aneuploidies of chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X and Y. These tests are primarily conducted on fetal samples, meaning the samples are urgent, and the laboratory must be prepared to conduct the tests twice a week. The contract is valid for four (4) years from the signing of the agreement, after which it continues valid until further notice. Previously, there was an error and a contradictory clause regarding product pricing in the contract. The contracting authority has published a correction notice, in which the erroneous text has been removed. The removed text was (chapter 6): ''Pricing follows the tiered product pricing according to the Appendix 1 price list. The follow-up period is 6 months. The realized purchase quantities of the previous monitoring period are checked two times a year and the pricing of the next monitoring period is determined accordingly. The first monitoring period starts from the contract starting date. The price of the next follow-up period is determined at the joint follow-up meeting of the Customer and the Supplier, and the new price comes into effect after X weeks. The convener of the follow-up meeting is [Client/Supplier]. With regard to products not included in the product list, the Supplier shall adhere to the pricing principles applied to the product list.
