Supply of a landfill and bio gas storage at HSY Ämmässuo landfill gas motor power plant CHP1. The contract includes as described in the tender request documents, for example, as follows: - Supply of a Double Membrane Gas Storage including Auxiliary Equipment - Supply of a Ventilator Station including 2 Support-Air Blowers - Installation Supervision and Commissioning On-Site including Side Costs - Operation and Maintenance Manuals - Transport of the Equipment to the Customer - Training for the Operating Personnel More detailed information is provided in the tender request documentation.

In this procurement procurement act is not followed. According to Commission Decision (2006/422/EC), the Procurement Directive for specific sectors does not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities such as for the purpose of enabling them to produce or sell electricity in Finland, with the exception of the Åland Islands. The procurement act does not apply in the procurement concerning Ämmässuo landfill gas power plant CHP 1, as ruled by the Supreme Administrative Court in Finland in 2013. Therefore, this procurement Peak Power Electricity Production with CHP 1 - Lot B: CHP1 Gas storage, contract number 24411 is carried out outside the procurement act.
