The goal of this tender is to acquire a solution that will enhance communication within the organization by providing an efficient, user-friendly, and secure platform. The platform/solution should include capabilities such as real-time messaging, document sharing, and notifications, along with integration to existing tools. The selected vendor will be required to: Platform Design: Design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) with a focus on ease of use, mobile compatibility, and customization. System Development: Build the communication platform that integrates: Real-time Messaging (individual and group) File Sharing and Storage Notifications and Alerts Integration: Integrate the platform with existing tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other proprietary systems. Security Features: Ensure the platform is compliant with industry-standard security protocols, including end-to-end encryption for messaging and video conferencing. Support and Training: Provide training sessions for administrators and users, as well as ongoing support and maintenance.
