Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaÅbo Akademi University intends to purchase a nano-Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (nanoDSF) system. The system will be placed in the Biocity building (3rd floor) in Turku within the Structural Bioinformatics Laboratory at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Biochemistry, Åbo Akademi University.
Erän kuvaus
The Tenderer is requested to submit a tender for a fully operational nanoDSF system. The system should (not restricted to) carry out simple, fast and robust analysis of conformational stability and aggregation properties of samples using intrinsic fluorescence of proteins. The system will also be used to test ligand binding.
The instrument will replace our old instrument, Prometheus NT.48 (NanoTemper) and the Tenderer will have a option to trade in this instrument and reduce that from the total price.

The procurement process can be terminated for a justified reason at any stage before the final contract. The contracting authority is not responsible for the costs nor any possible damage caused to the Tenderer.
No compensation will be payable to Tenderers for preparing a tender, presenting it or otherwise taking part in the procedure.
