Renovation of the Ambassador's Residence and the Chancellery in Brasília

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and the Embassy of Finland in Brasília, Brazil invite economic operators to participate in the procurement for construction works for the renovation of the ambassador’s residence and chancellery in Brasília, Brazil. The residence’s refurbishments include some spatial changes and renewal of all technical installations. The building will be outfitted with a solar power energy system and a whole roof renewal. The servants quarter building will be converted to gym. Changes to the garden and entrance gates will be done and a new guard house will be build. The renovation works of the chancellery will be procured as optional works. The chancellery’s refurbishments include spatial changes and mandatory technical changes due to rearranging the rooms, as well as building new bathrooms.
