Autoclave for laboratory-scale cooking

South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (Xamk) calls for tenders for a multi-sample autoclave equipment for research and development purposes in the pulping and bleaching field. The autoclave will be used for laboratory-scale cooking of wood chips, biomass materials and other cellulose materials. The equipment will be located in Xamk’s FiberLaboratory in Savonlinna.

The procurement will be made for the project “Xamk metsäbiotalouden tutkimusinfrastruktuurin uudistaminen” (Xamk forest bioeconomy research infrastructure renewal). The project is funded by the Ministry of Education and culture between 1 March 2023 and 31 May 2024.
