Covenant Analysis Service

VER is acquiring an established high-quality professional Covenant Analysis Service that shall be provided on a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) basis, i.e. hosted by Service Provider and provided to VER through the internet. The Service shall be provided via Service Provider’s platform which is hosted online, i.e. the Service shall be provided fully through the internet. The Service Provider shall maintain an online database accessible through the client interface. The database shall include at minimum covenant analysis reports covering European high yield market. The database and service shall fulfil the requirements set out in Attachment 1. The procurement is described in detail in the appendices. One supplier will be chosen as a supplier but VER reserves the right not to choose a supplier based on this bidding competition
