Design Services (Brasília)

The scope of the procurement is design services for a refurbishment project in Brasília, Brazil. The purpose of the procurement is to award a contract for the services of an architect and any engineering services required during the project. The required engineering disciplines are structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire engineering and garden design services. The Finnish design team hired for the project has already prepared the concept design for the refurbishment. The scope of work for the design and engineering team is to localize the general design and to complete the implementation design. The scope of the services is described in more detail in the Invitation to Participate and its annexes and in the tender documents provided later to the candidates selected to the tendering phase.
