The consultant services for Customer’s India project

Lab-ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (also "LAB") is now seeking for legal and financial consulting expertise to build further on the feasibility study and develop an operating model, detailed financial model and ownership structure for the planned university. These plans are needed in ongoing negotiations with possible counterparts to enable external finance for the project. The negotiation partners include IFIs (International financial institutions), pension funds, family offices and associations as well as both private and publicly listed companies and their Indian subsidiaries. The provided information and content of the operating model and financial model should then fulfill the requirements that these parties have both from the viewpoint of CAPEX funding (capital expenditure, investment and/or loan on real estate – university campus) and of OPEX funding (operational expenditure consisting of funding educational and research activities, faculty and student enrollment etc.). The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the procurement documents. LAB will select one (1) Service Provider into the Framework Agreement.
