INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE - Design services for the building works of the new office space of the Embassy of Finland in Peru

The object of the procurement is design services for the building works of the new office space of the Embassy of Finland in Peru (together also "Service"). The Service is described in more detail in Annex 1. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, the Embassy of Finland in Lima, Peru (also “Contracting Entity”) will sign the contract with one supplier (also “Consultant”). The signing is expected to take place earliest on June 26th 2023. The awarded Consultant will commence the needed design services right after the contract has been signed. A more detailed schedule will be agreed with the selected Consultant. PLEASE NOTE! AT THIS MOMENT THIS STAGE APPLIES ONLY TO THE SELECTION OF CANDIDATES. No tender is expected from the candidates at this point.

Competition is carried out similar to restricted procedure according to the Finnish Act on Public Defence and Security Contracts (1531/2011, "Finnish Defence and Security Procurement Act"). Estimated value of the procurement is under the EU-thresholds. Any supplier may submit a request to participate in response to this invitation. Only candidates selected as a tenderer will be provided with a Call for tenders and may participate in submitting a tender. The Contracting Entity may wholly or partially interrupt the procurement procedure for legitimate and justifiable reason. The documents of the procurement are available in English. Should the tenderer wish to obtain the tender documents in another language, he must himself arrange for their translation and bear the costs thus incurred. No compensation will be payed to companies for preparation a request to participate, a tender, presentation or otherwise taking part in the procedure.
