Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaFinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd), a company organised under the laws of Finland (hereinafter "FinnHEMS", "Customer" or "FHLP") is providing Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) at seven bases. Currently FinnHEMS operates four H145- and five EC135- helicopters.
FinnHEMS is launching this public tender process to procure aviation insurances.

The procurement will take place in compliance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). The procurement material shall be available only in English language.
No compensation will be payed to tenderers for preparation a tender, presentation or otherwise taking part in the procedure.
General description of Contract reward process:
1) Opening of Tenders
2) Comparison of tenders and selection of winning tenders
3) Verifying the winning tenders in accordance with the Request for Quotation
4) If compliant, Contract Decisions
5) Rectification and appeal period of 14 days
6) Signing of Contracts
7) Payment according to the Contracts
