Post trade support services for Deposit Guarantee Fund (fully outsourced)

The Finnish Financial Stability Authority (FFSA) is an independent agency operating as Finland’s national resolution authority. The FFSA is responsible for the Finnish deposit guarantee system and manages Finland's national Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF). The object of the procurement is fully outsourced post trade support services for Deposit Guarantee Fund’s investment operations including Back and Middle Office, Custody and Clearing, Portfolio Accounting, and Portfolio Reporting. Please note the suitability requirements for the tenderers in the request to tender (later also called as "call for tenders"): The request to tender will be open only to companies having a license to operate in the financial sector in EU/EEA member state, being established and registered in EU/EEA member state, and being under the supervision of local Competent Authority (comparable to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and/or the ECB SSM). In addition, the company must be well-established and reputable. With this prior procurement information notice the contracting authority (FFSA) call for technical dialogue. During the dialogue FFSA and the companies attending the dialogue can share preliminary information (mainly written) about the procurement. FFSA also plans to have one-to-one Teams meetings with the companies participating in technical dialogue. Please note that the technical dialogue does not necessarily lead to the request to tender for the service. A company may attend the possible call for tenders regardless whether the company has participated in the technical dialogue or not. Participation in the technical dialogue does not oblige a company to participate in the possible request to tender. Your contact information should include the name and email address of your contact person and a short (max. 300 words) description of the company.
