The Air Patrol Squadron of the Finnish Border Guard (later as the Contracting Authority or the Buyer): requests tenders regarding flight crew helmets in accordance with the terms on this invitation to tender.
The helmets are used by pilots, flight engineers, rescue swimmers and paramedics. In tender’s evaluation process Buyer shall carry out a field test to helmets. Evaluation board consist of selected Buyers helicopter crew members. See more information in section “Procurement object criteria” in this call for tenders.
